RN Charge Nurse / Nursing Supervisor – Emergency Department at our hospital in Mission Viejo, CA. Positions available are full-time and will work 12-hour Night shifts.

Specific Skills
  • Active CA Nursing License
  • 3 recent years of RN experience in Acute Care/ Hospital Setting
  • 2 recent years of RN experience dedicated in Emergency Department in an Acute Care/ Hospital Setting
  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience in a Leadership role in an Acute Care/ Hospital Setting.
  • Able to work rotational weekend and holiday as needed
Responsible For
Under general supervision, assists Manager in overseeing and directing clinic activities and personnel on assigned shift in order to ensure high quality patient care. Determines work priorities, provides assessments, plans, and coordinates patient care.  Regularly performs duties of a Registered Nurse.  Assist in marketing information and community and leadership involvement for the clinic.  Serves as a resource person for program personnel in resolving operational and patient care problems.
