Specific Skills
  • 3 years RN clinical experience in acute care setting.
  • 6 months Recent clinical experience with mental health and wellness patients.
OR
  • 1 year experience in a leadership role, preferably within a behavioral health setting with Master's Degree in Nursing
Responsible For
Under general supervision, RN Charge Nurse - Emergency assists Manager in overseeing and directing clinic activities and personnel on assigned shift in order to ensure high quality patient care. Determines work priorities, provides assessments, plans, and coordinates patient care.  Regularly performs duties of a Registered Nurse.  Assist in marketing information and community and leadership involvement for the clinic.  Serves as resource person for program personnel in resolving operational and patient care problems.
Additional Requirements
  • Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Nursing.
  • Coursework/Training LPS trained.
